Hatha Yoga with Mary Knowland: Free Classes!

Mary is a Yoga Instructor, Artist, Art Teacher and Reiki Master who is completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. This FREE one-hour Hatha Yoga class is open to all experience and ability levels, rejuvenating the mind, body and spirit. Please bring your yoga mat (and blocks and a strap if you have them)!

St. Luke's Community Dinner

Come out and enjoy a free hot dinner at St. Luke's Community Centre on the third Thursday of the month!
Volunteers at St. Luke's prepare a delicious meal for everyone in the community to share. This is a great way to meet new friends and see what is going on in your neighbourhood.
Everyone is welcome!
Halton Community Legal Services will host an information table at this month's Community Dinner on April 19 from 5-7 pm. They will provide information on HCLS' legal services for low-income Halton residents. HCLS is a legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario.
If you know anyone in need of advice on tenant's right, disability benefits, employment standards, or many other legal matters, please bring them for a consultation!

St. Luke's Concert Series is an exciting new arts series that brings unique artists, musicians, poets and many other talents to your community, sponsored in part by the Ontario Arts Council.
Join us Friday, May 25 for a fresh take on folk music with Glen Soderholm. Glen is an ordained minister based in Rockwood, Ontario, who has five albums to his credit, performing insightful, spiritual acoustic folk music which often highlights Trinitarian themes. Glen is the founder of Moveable Feast Resources, a touring ministry that concerts, worship leading, preaching, and seminars.
