Welcome Desk Volunteers
This position will require good leadership skills and sound judgement. The Hospitality Team helps to welcome visitors to St. Luke's and makes sure that they can find the services they need. If you are friendly, organized and like to help people, this could be the position for you. Experience with reception duties, office administration or customer service is an asset but not required. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
Event Assistants help to develop, organize and run a variety of different events with St. Luke's members and staff. Exact roles may vary depending on the event, but volunteers normally help to set up tables and chairs, equipment and signs, as well as welcoming guests and running activities.
Some previous St. Luke's events include: St. Luke's Christmas Bazaar, Fabulous Fridays Food Truck and Karaoke Night, a wine and cheese fundraiser, Nicole's Car Wash, and more. Details and requirements for each event are sent to volunteers in advance. Volunteers can choose which events they would like to help in. Contact us at email@example.com for more information.
